

Easy Roasted Chickpeas
Ingredients
- 2 cans chickpeas
- 1 TBS olive oil
- 1 teaspoon . garlic salt
- ¼ teaspoon . pepper
- ½ cup finely grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
- Drain and rinse your chickpeas, and lay them out on some paper towels to dry for 15-20 minutes.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss until mixed.
- Spread chickpeas in one even layer on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden. Enjoy!
