Do you have any traditions for Father's Day breakfast? I change it up every year. I thought about what kind of breakfast my husband would love, and breakfast sandwiches came to mind! So, I picked up some Jimmy Dean® Pork Sausage Patties, Wright® Brand Hickory Bacon, english muffins, rolls and some other toppings to create this Build Your Own Breakfast Sandwich Bar.

I'm not sure why we hadn't made our own breakfast sandwiches before this. They were DELICIOUS and so easy to make! Randall's reusable grocery tote with Wright brand bacon, Jimmy Dean sausage, cheese and cilantro in it.

I got everything I needed for this special breakfast at Randall's. Be sure to check the mobile app before you shop! You can easily load coupons and save more. We love the Wright Brand Hickory Bacon, which is hand-trimmed, thick cut and naturally smoked. It is so delicious!

Jimmy Dean sausage patties and Wright brand bacon, everything bagels, orange juice, fruit and english muffins on a table.

How to Prepare:

Prepare guacamole, aioli, cream cheese, and any other sauces or toppings you want to have. Put them into small bowls or cups.

Set out the English muffins, bagels, juice, and anything else that can be prepared beforehand.

Slice fruit and cheese and put everything out onto a table.

Cook bacon, eggs and heat up sausage just before it's time to eat breakfast. I love that Jimmy Dean pork sausage patties are fully cooked so all you have to do is heat them up and brown them!

Breakfast Sandwich Bar

Everyone can assemble their own breakfast sandwiches! We all loved this and will definitely be doing this again for another Father's Day breakfast.

My favorite sandwich combination: English muffin with pork sausage, eggs, guacamole, spicy aioli and pepper jack cheese.

Husband's favorite sandwich combination: English muffin with pork sausage, eggs and cheddar cheese.

Optional: heat your oven to 350 and wrap up your breakfast sandwiches in foil, and warm for a few minutes --just enough to let the cheese melt nicely.
