I have to store up on canned pumpkin because my kids want these Pumpkin Streusel Muffins (AKA: Pumpkin Crumb Cake Muffins) all year long.
What's not to love about a pumpkin muffin with streusel crumb topping and vanilla glaze? Dare I say it, but these muffins taste even better than they look. Even though making the streusel and the glaze are a few extra steps, that labor pays big returns in my opinion.

I am not a pumpkin/spice fan but the description and images of this post made me want to try them! They are absolutely devine. I thought it would be a lot of work with the muffin/streusel/icing stages, but it was so quick and easy. Definitely will be in our regular rotation... thank you for sharing your delicious recipes!
