How to Start This Tradition
It is simple to start this We've Been Booed Halloween tradition among your neighbors and friends.
First, download the Printable You've Been Booed signs and print them.
I have this laser printer which is totally worth it if you print a lot. I rarely have to replace the ink!
Find the form to download the signs at the bottom of this page, just below another box highlighted in PURPLE.
Once you have the signs printed (you will need two copies) you can assemble your treat plates.
Whether you use store-bought treats or make your own fun Halloween treat (check out our Halloween gallery for tons of ideas) isn't important, it's the thought that counts!
Simply assemble two plates of goodies and attach the printable sheet to the plate.
We've Been Booed
Here comes the fun part.
Go, sneakily deliver your treats and you've been booed printables to two friends. Try not to let them see you when you drop them off.
Within two days of getting their treats, your friends will know (from the instructions on the sign) to make two copies of the sign and deliver two plates of treats.
After your neighbors have been booed, they should trim and hang the "we've been booed" sign on their front door or window.
When they do this, everyone will know which houses have already been booed and the Halloween joy can be spread evenly.
