When it comes to comfort food this easy and delicious meatloaf is at the TOP of my list! It can be thrown together in 15 minutes and the aroma it fills your house with while it cooks just can't be beat.

How to Make the Meatloaf

Let's get straight to it. Here are the steps for showing how to make this simple meatloaf recipe.

  1. Defrost your hamburger and add to a large bowl. Add in your salt, pepper and fresh parsley.
  2. Add in all the rest of your ingredients (except ½ cup ketchup and ½ cup A-1 sauce) in the order given, and blend well. Add the milk last.
  3. Shape mixture into a loaf, and place it in a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for an hour.
  4. Mix together remaining ketchup and A-1 sauce. Spread sauce over the top of the meatloaf like frosting for the last 15 minutes of cook time.

Notes

I make this in a 9x13 pan so the edges will brown all the way around. You can make it in a classic loaf pan if you like a softer edge.

    Great recipe! I adapted it a little by making it in muffin tins. They were ready in about 20 minutes - everyone loved them!
